Typical used car salesmen. Not to be trusted. Always go by your intuition, if someone seems shady or dishonest, it's probably true. People in the team seem to be nice, but Luis is definitely not an honest person. Don't let the first impression fool you, this guy is definitely shady. He told my boyfriend and I he is the owner and gave us his card, but when we went to the office and asked for the owner, it was someone else? I was never able to contact Luis Ortiz (after a few phone calls) so I dealt with the owner of the house. When I got my own realtor to guide me, he didn't acknowledged my offers. Very bad experience, it made me feel he really didn't want to sell to me, even though the owner of the property, from the beginning, was inclined on selling to me. He did not want to work with me at all.

Our calls are forwarded to members of the team someone should have been able to answer you. As far as negotiations go, the seller is the one who decides what is the best for them.
My mom and I bought our homes with Luis 3yrs ago and till this day he still helps my mom out with questions and referrals, talk about great customer service ... Thank you Luis
