Francine Frenda provided very poor customer service. She never showed up to our appointments on time and would rarely return our calls while our house was listed for sale with her. End result, we went elsewhere. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
We had issues with Fran Frenda's integrity as well. She seemed very flaky and didn't listen to a single request my wife had. When she found out we were an interracial family, she INSISTED that we would be "more comfortable" in a different county!
We have been with TLS for a little over a year now, and we couldn't be happier. They are the best property managers we have ever had.
What a terrific business and wonderful people to work with!!
