Had to get my Nautilus serviced and my service writer, Jose, is ALWAYS so friendly and makes you feel like family. Everyone is so kind and friendly. I highly recommend Team Lincoln and Jose if you need your Lincoln serviced.
They wouldnt take .5 cents off the price of a used car. Team Lincoln will NOT work or negotiate with you in fair practice. Find a dealership that will. Team Lincoln must be making a TRUCK LOAD of cash in the cars they do sell because they act in no urgency to work with buyers.
I bought a 2024 Lincoln Corsair for my wife. SYNC system has been an issue since we purchased the vehicle. NAV, stereo, etc shut off and freeze while driving. Been getting nothing but the runaround and service advisors do not answer phone calls at all. Ever. Functionality of the car and customer service are falling well short of what we expected of Lincoln.
I Purchased a Lincoln from them out of state. They did a video call twice and sent me pictures. So I buy the car and have it shipped to Boston. When it arrives it has a 8 inch scratch down to the metal. The Truck company showed pics of the scratch @ the dealership! I call and George Aprim the sales guy says there was no scratch when it left here..then I call a manager and he Said he took it on trade with the scratch in it.he don't know why George lied and he will get back to me.
