It's amazing to working with a realtor team that actually handles the entire process! Carrie Cross did a great job handling our condo sale. Making sure the other groups involved completed their portions as well and chased down any potential problems that could have been an issue before they became one. Very polite, pleasant and easy to talk with as well.
I had worked with Sarah Pipitone as my real estate agent and honestly, I couldn't have been happier. My situation wasn't exactly ideal. I was a first-home buyer that needed to utilize an FHA loan with a tight budget that wouldn't allow me to put much of a down payment aside from the assistance and probably couldn't have picked a worse time if I tried with the rates raising what felt like every few weeks.
