We wanted to buy a Ford Explorer. Then we saw the Ford Escape across the road. Jim & I know that that was going to be ours. It wasn't even clean or anything. David said that they just got it in. Sold my kids a POS... And it wouldn't even start the day they got it... Took back 3 times to fix an issue... Still isn't fixed and now won't honor their warranty???? What kind of business are you running there?? I will definitely spread the word around!
Bought a vehicle 11 months ago and it didn't pass inspection. The frame was all rotted out and I'm still paying on it. $9,000!!!! Junk!!!!

I’m giving team lake road a 3 they are truly not a buy here pay here.. a true buy here pay doesn’t go off your credit. But they do. Don’t label your self has a buy here pay here if you truly not a buy here pay here. Other then that friendly staff and great custom service.
