I am a little disappointed with lake rd. I was looking to purchase something newer and went to see them as I purchased from them in the past. I found a car I liked and they got my hopes up only to tell me that I would need a huge down payment before they could help me. Needless to say I was able to fine a dealer who worked with me and put me in a nice 2016 cruze with under a 1,000 miles with only a portion of money down. Sold me a junk vehicle. Had to get the DOT involved and they took vehicle off the road and said it was unsafe to drive and had them buy it back. Gave them fines for putting a inspection sticker on it. Treated me horribly all they did was filled it full of bondo and put back on the lot for sale. Buyers beware.

Called on a Monday to inquire about a vehicle they had. We live 2 hours away, so told them we couldn't get out there until Saturday. Was told that if it sold they would call us. We drove 2 hours Sat. morning, only to get there and be told that it sold the previous night. We DID NOT receive a phone to let us know. Worked out good for us though.
