I am glad I found this place. I have my two boys enrolled as well as myself and we all love it. The family atmosphere is great and the classes are just what we all need.
Outstanding gym for the whole family to learn jiu-jitsu and self defense. After visiting several other martial arts schools for my 9 year old daughter. We visited Team Jucao Gardendale and were very pleased with the family oriented feel and emphassis on practical application of techniques that can be used to defend one's self if needed. After 1 month of her training, my daughter wanted "daddy" to sign up and train as well, that was almost 22 months ago. Great experience at Gracie United Gardendale! The professor is knowledgeable and friendly. The other classmates are also friendly and welcoming. Great place.
