I purchased a 2020 Audi Q5 from team last April 2020 and it was my worst buying experience in my 50 years of auto buying purchasing. I only went there because I used the ****** ******program as i had done before and those four purchases went smoothly. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone. The salesman Patrick *****refused to give me the Certificate of Gross Retail or Use Tax, when I requested the Tax Form he told that the State of Indiana ' doesn't issue those to customers and they file the documents themselves.
