If I could give them zero stars I would. I had one of the worst experiences using this rental company, especially during the process of turning over the tenants. I live out of state, so I could not be there when this happened. They did not inspect the property yearly as was stated in the contract and as a result the tenants destroyed the place. They were very helpful.
Has improved drastically from when I first was given a key for a mailbox that doesn't exist and then given another one lol. Had quick service to fix hot water recently. Still enjoying my place and location.
One of the best rental experiences I have had so far. Prompt maintenance service is always provided and rent rates are reasonable for the property and amenities!
