This place is the worst when it comes to customer service. Tried now for the third time to schedule an appointment for a recall with them. The first time in February when I received a recall letter from Honda ******************* in CA in regards to a failing fuel pump module. Back then I was told that the parts have not come in yet and that I should check back in a couple of month. The second time I called back was in June. Service was horrible, they sold me a lemon and then when I asked for them to fix the issues and literally took the car back less than 24hrs later they called me saying they dont have the funds to fix everything and will be putting zip ties on to secure. I basically was lied to saying I couldnt get my original car back before I even signed any forms then was told to sign as it was just to run credit when in fact it was to sign for finance. UNETHICAL DECEPTIVE, CORRUPT PRACTICES.I purchased a new Honda HR-V from Team Honda on 1/24/2023.When taken into the financial officer's ******* *************************, I made clear that I did not want any extra warranties, but then was convinced to buy a $1500 protection plan.I paid part cash and financed part of the purchase. They found the radiator had a very small leak, they told us that the radiator was "damaged by rock" hitting it. When the brakes on my Honda Pilot started vibrating, I took the vehicle to the service department where I bought the vehicle. Team Honda 4613 E. Lincoln Hwy, Merrillville, In. The service department checked my brakes and stated that I needed rotors and brake pads. After review of the customers concern the following was determined. The vehicle was inspected on 05/29/19 and the technician verified the customers concern. After inspection of the brake pads it was determined that they were all at 5mm which is documented on the customers copy of the multi point inspection. Since the pads were in the yellow typically replaced at 3mm or below our dealership gave the option of replacement of the pads as well as resurfacing all four rotors to eliminate the vibration.
