Easy to have recall remedied. Dropped car Friday around lunch. Picked up Saturday AM. We love our Kia Soul.
I’m a travel nurse and when I need any type of service while I’m home they always make room for me on their schedule. They’re very flexible and give me 100% attn…even when I had a need after hours.

I'm changing my review. We took our van there for service. They got it back to us quick, told us they fixed the issue with the sliding door, butt we the very next day when my wife drove it out was having the same problem. I've now tried to call 7+ times, left 4 voicemails, and spoken to one of the service managers, all in an attempt to get my service Representative to call me back to schedule a time for me to bring the van back. It's been almost two weeks since I made the initial call, and I'm still waiting for a return call... read more
