Horrible service experience. Took our van in for some warranty work had to make three separate trips for them to fix it One of the trips they didn't put everything back together so we had to make a trip up there just for them to put our seat back together. Even after our third trip up there for them to repair our signing door It didn't work right and they basically told us they we were not welcome since we hadn't bought any cars from them they didn't want us as a customer... Service department was accurate in the amount of time estimated for diagnostic
After waiting 2 months for recall parts to arrive at Dean McCrary of Mobile, I decided to try Kia in Daphne. They had the parts in stock. I scheduled an appointment. Arriving at my appointed time, my car was immediately taken back to service. I was informed thru text and video several times of the status of my repair. My recall was completed in a timely manner. This company decided to do a giveaway. HOWEVER, this is a complete scam. The combination box we received said our numbers aligned with the $2500 cash. It did not. We instead got told that we had only received a smart watch. Our numbers aligned on the flyer. So why? They had a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT poster inside the establishment that has completely random numbers. Keep in mind we had spoken with them on the phone and had gotten confirmation that it was the cash.
