I called on April 19, 2017 and requested to have my lawn aerated. I was told that due to weather and their schedule it would be about two weeks before they could get to it. Two weeks go by and I call again only to be told that they would get to it next week. Well, again the week goes by and nothing. I call again and was promised by Elaine that I would get a call on Friday to let me know if they will be there on Monday or Tuesday, morning or afternoon. No call on Friday.
