Stay away...worst service I have received in any dealership. They will do anything to get you to their dealership and then treat you like dirt. Not worth the time. The sales rep was overbooked and did not even delegate to another salesman, I waited 30 mins and when requested that I be shown the car I was interested in, a salesman simply pointed me to some people already viewing the vehicle and suggested I look at it along with them. This dealership is HORRIBLE in all departments! Between sales managers lying to me in order to attempt to con me into trading my ZDX in, finding out services I paid for on my car were never done, paying for repairs that were allegedly not covered by warranty only to find out it was never called in, and worst of all continually telling me to drive my car even though it was consuming MASSIVE amounts of oil because "my warranty would not pay for a new engine" only to find out THEY NEVER CALLED THE REPAIR IN, this dealership sho... read more
