I started dealing with Kurt and Sylvia from my home in Washington State in early Fall of 2020. I interviewed several realtors on the phone to sell my second home in the desert. I went with the Gaffney Team of Desert Sands Reality and knew I selected the right agent. They have become my friends and I have told everyone about my wonderful experience. I asked about the selling time and they said about 1 month. It sold in 3 weeks for more than I was expecting. The process was painless and I would definitely use them again.

Smooth as silk. We closed the sale of our home about 5 weeks after listed! Communication between all team players including escrow was clear and prompt. Sylvia and her crew got it done for us! We most definitely recommend Team Gaffney.

Sylvia and her staff was outstanding from the start of listing our condo to the closing of it. They kept us updated thought out the process. They sold our property in only 3 days. Closed escrow 10 earlier than was expected. If you need a team that works hard, fast and keeps you updated. This team is it. Thank You, David and Gilbert
