You want a realty team that gets shit done. Tom and his team are great! We've been working with Tom Hickey since October 2005 when we bought our first home. He and his team have managed two of our rental properties (not a single month without a tenant). They sold one of those properties (transitioning from tenant to owner with zero gap). Did I mention that for the past three years we were living in Japan? It didn't matter, his team took care of everything. You'll be happy if you go with Tom!
I can’t say enough great things about Tom Hickey! We came from a horrible situation dealing with a previous property manager. He took the time to listen and address all of our concerns and has really made us feel as though it was his mission to find the best tenants he could. He facilitated all handyman work requested, and got us more than we could have asked for with the tenants he found. I appreciate all of his hard and dedication, and highly recommend him to anyone searching for a great property manager!!
We hired Tom Hickey after having used other realtors and leasing agents and he was an absolute Home Run! Tom is SO good at taking care of your tenants, that they really do think that he works for THEM! That helps - believe me. On the sales side, Tom was able to very artfully negotiate a bidder's war in an otherwise flat market. He was tactful, strategic, and best of all - super effective.
