I’d like to give a shout out to Jesse Frederito the sales associate who helped my son and I get a new truck for my husband on 6/18. We showed up late and he was willing to help us, well after they’d closed. The manager, I think his name was Mick.. was also super helpful. They were accommodating, patient, friendly and we agreed on a great deal. The person behind the parts counter started arguing with my saleperson. Very unprofessional behavior in front of a customer.
Had vehicle problems and they were able to service the vehicle and fix the problem. Great work from the service department!
Came in to address two recalls on my old Ford truck, and it was fixed within ~24 hours. Brandon, the service advisor who helped me, kept up with the comms and made things easy. Would recommend. I will be back.
