Our team that we worked with was great. Ben and James made the entire process smooth and easy to understand. Ben (salesman) was not pressuring us as we’ve experienced at other brand dealerships but from the start was asking us what we wanted and presented our options of what was financially the best option. When we asked to lower the payments to our budget he and James (finance) made it happen! Couldn’t ask for a better team.
Stephanie in Service is the BEST. Dealt with her for almost 5yr now and never an issue. She goed above and beyond each visit.
Team Ford/Lincoln always do a good job. The only real complaint is they take longer than desired for maintenance jobs.
