Shawna was very quick to reply and was very knowledgeable with the market and contracting. She is very good with technology and helped us secure our home from out of town with digital contracts making the process very quick and painless. She was familiar with the military posting pricess and was able to connect us to a good network of professional services such as home inspectors and legal services that are highly recommended and listed with bgrs. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again for our next move.

Shawna and Rob are absolutely incredible! They met with us on a holiday weekend, completed paperwork late into the evening for us, and were always quick to respond to any questions we had. They walked us through our first home buying experience, and were there every step of the way. They are wonderful people, and were beyond helpful. We feel so fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with them. I would HIGHLY recommend them!
