hard to get an appointment but once you’re in, you’re in. Dr. villa franca has been very attentive to my problems for the past 4 years. easy to contact if you need refills or have any questions about your treatment. the waiting room time is a bit atrocious for what is really a 10 minute appointment but i always go early so i have the time. probably one of my favorite specialists out of all of the ones i have haha
DON'T bother calling for an appointment, HANNAH the genius who answered phone said no appointment available until December UNACCEPTABLE
great doctors. BUT.. Why schedule people at 8:15 if doctor walks into clinic at 8:40?? 8:15 appointment to be seen at 9;05 is wasting peoples time.
