We purchased our home in the winter, from out of town. It was part of an estate, so the home was empty. Team Dakoske went out of their way to ensure that we had all of the information and access we needed to minimize our travel. They even helped with contractors during and after the sale! We would definitely use them again!
My husband and I had the BEST experience with Jenn! We were first time home buyers and she was nothing but kind, patient, supportive and informative. She made us feel so comfortable and confident in our decisions. We worked with her for an entire year and never once did we feel pressured to buy. She made sure that when we finally put an offer in, that it was the right house for us. She is the BEST and we are forever grateful for her! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
Jen did a wonderful job helping me find a home. Jen was professional, engaged, listened to what my needs/wants were for a house and was not pushy. She made herself available for questions and was overall very helpful. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a home!
