Brought our Cadillac Escalade to Team Chevrolet in Vallejo. Ended up needing major engine work. We were lucky enough to have Erlinda from the service department helping us from beginning to end. We were very impressed that Erlinda shared with us details of the issues and what was needed to repair. Even as far as sending pictures of our vehicle’s damaged parts. 0 stars, my sister made an appointment to come see a car, we drove over one hour to see it. Paul sent her a video and even confirmed the appointment one hour before. When we got here we were told the car had been sold 3 days ago. How is that posible? So very unprofessional. My sister took a day off from work all for nothing, such a waste of time and gas.
