Service was fast and efficient
I would summarize by saying the dealership was not as flexible on working with me as another competing dealer did in the end. They put their profits over prioritizing their customer experience, although they would still make profit. Greed is the issue. This is an example of why not to choose to work with a corporation owned dealership compared to a private owned dealer that I dealt with. I will not be coming back since this was my second time not feeling as easy dealing with this dealer.
Gd service
The absolute worst experience and I’m still in it. Car went in 10/23….Still not done. This has been the single most horrendous experience I’ve encountered with a service department. It should never take over a month to fix any vehicle. Being without transportation and having to rely on uber has been extremely expensive on top of repair costs and then to finally get a loaner car 3.5 weeks later only for it to break down in less than a week. I’m at my wits’ end.
