Generator was serviced late in the summer. I paid the bill the day it was received. I late September we noticed the generator was not running. Called for service and spoke to someone in the office They guaranteed a call back. I have been calling and emailing weekly and have not received a call or any type of reply. There must be a serious issue. It actually makes me think they are no longer in business. Too bad, they had been good for years.
They worked on my generator at least a month ago, if not longer. I lost count of how many times I have called / texted them to find out the status of my generator. I have left messages on both phone numbers provided. Even left a message with Steven, the answering service. Haven’t received a single phone call back. I am at a loss for words especially since I am a business owner myself. Just a simple phone call back would be helpful.Also, the St of CT Home Improvement # has been expired since 2016.
Ok service until something really important emerges such as installing a generator without getting proper local building permit, then the company goes silent.
