I would strongly caution anyone considering working with Keller Williams. My experience buying a home through one of their agents in 2022 has been nothing short of a nightmare. The property was marketed as “completely remodeled,” yet when the VA appraisal came through it clearly noted the main house appliances were delivered but not even installed, and the detached unit was not a legal second dwelling.
