We contacted Team Bob’s on Wednesday to get a quote for a new furnace, and they scheduled a salesperson to come out on Friday. Unfortunately, on Thursday morning we woke up to no heat. I immediately called Team Bob’s to see if anyone was available sooner so we could get the process started. They truly came through for us. They had a salesperson at our home within just a couple of hours.
