Chris Mausolf was on call for Emergency Service and boy was he amazing. I called and he didn't hesitate to turn on a dime and come out to my home to save the Holiday Weekend. And this was at about 7:00 when I called, he got here quickly and was done in no time, everything all better, LOL. He was fast, efficient, super polite and professional. As usual another great Team Bob Member but maybe EXTRA great! Thank you, Chris, for your amazing job well done!!

Had our annual AC/ Furnace service today. The Tech arrived a little early in the window, with plenty of prior notice. He was courteous and focused on the job at hand. Did a good job of explaining where he was in the process, outlining the situation and cleaned up afterwards. All in all another good experience.
Excellent, responsive service. Tech (Nate) was courteous, knowledgable and responsive from initial call to on-site troubleshooting, and fixed our problem efficiently on one of busiest and hottest weeks in Northern MI. Will call for service again… in a heartbeat.
