We had contacted Bob’s to have an AprilAire 600 humidifier set up on our existing HVAC due to severe dry air in the winter. Nate Julien installed the system today and did an exceptional job ensuring all was set up without issue. Nate did a great job explaining how the system worked and we are very happy with the results. We would very highly recommend Team Bob’s Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing and look forward to working with them for our future needs.
Tyler was on time and promptly got to work. He was excellent and explained what was to be done. His tips on servicing are appreciated. When he was finished the grounds were completely in order and clean.
Nikita was able to come even earlier than previously scheduled. He was very polite and efficient and provided very complete explanation of the issues and solutions. Very good service.
