Ken Mucha is great to work with We moved to Bend from out of state and had limited times/dates we could make it there to see houses. He worked around our schedule, spent as much time with us as needed and took us back to see houses we have already viewed, at our request. He worked late nights, weekends and was always just a phone call away to answer any questions we had. He made our out of state transition a very easy one and would definitely highly recommend him. Ken Mucha by Linda Best Ken helped me find my forever home. Ken was there for me every step of the way. When I got discouraged on not being able to find a home in Deschutes River Woods area Ken stayed very positive for me. After I did find my home Ken kept me informed of what each step would be in the process. And then at the very end when my credit union, that I was getting my financing through, wasn't being cooperative Ken stepped in and helped get things straightened out with them. Extremely rude They brought us no reasonable offers on our home.We were very disappointed when we found out the things they were saying about us. We found out from from an employee some of the rude and thoughtless things being said about us as well as other clients.

Ken Mucha I am very impressed with Ken. He is quickly responsive to phone calls, texts, emails. He stays right on top of things, informing us all the way, especially of potential problems he wants us to be aware of. We were buying a low end property, so he could have put little time or energy into us, but we never felt he did. I highly recommend him to any buyers and hope in the future, he'll be available to sell properties for those who have loved having him in their corner before.
