I bought a transmission from this shop because they told me it was tested and in good working condition. Based on that, I trusted them and spent more money getting it installed and programmed at a Nissan dealership. After all that, the dealership told me the transmission was faulty from the start. The salesman was very quick and helpful including explaining why they don't sell or wouldn't recommend buying certain parts second hand. Prices were reasonable considering they take the parts off the car for you.
Update as per Andy: It was my oversight that I ordered the product based off the description and picture. You need to find the SKU number and google it to see what your purchasing. What is described and fulfillment is not what is advertised. Absolutely scam of a company. I purchased a radio off the website and did not get what the description was. called them from Ottawa Ontario as I only found a listing for something I needed from them. Although he did have the part, he gave me another supplier closer to me who had the same part and would end up being cheaper for me due to shipping cost. I appreciate the honesty and hope this review helps someone trust that they are about customer service, and not profit-driven. Thanks guys!
