Team automotive has the absolute worst customer service and service in general that I have come across. Three times, I repeat three times, we took our vehicle there for a routine oil change and were unable to drive it out of their lot when there were no prior issues. They refused to pay for the needed repair, which we did not have prior issues with AT ALL, and they left us with a $1,300 bill. Extremely poor service and customer service. Extremely disappointed.
