There are not enough words how amazing this place is! Their customer service is TOP NOTCH!!! My car ended up being totaled by insurance company. However from the time I got out my car- I was greeted by a friendly face to staff making sure I got home safely! Wow! Amazing staff & I pray God blesses each one tenfold!
I went into to get an estimate for damage done to my undercarriage after I had hit a huge pothole. They gave me a free estimate and fixed my undercarriage free of charge all within an hour. They were super helpful and accommodating! I was expecting to have to pay at least something for the service but nope. Couldn’t recommend them more. 10/10
TEAM Auto Body is incredible, couldn’t recommend more!! Their team is kind, efficient, and service-oriented. My car was in an accident that did some extensive damage and after TEAM completed the work, no one would ever be able to tell anything happened to the vehicle. They are masters at what they do. Everything about my experience with Team Auto Body this fall was just great: initial estimate experience, including an add-on to fix some pre-existing damage before the rear bumper incident in a parking lot; reasonable cost; quick scheduling; excellent work; easy pay and pickup. Friendly people, impeccable neatness of the property and office. A full five stars!
