This company is completely useless. They don't know how to manage properties or take care of residents. Creekstone apartments in Greeley had had nothing but issues since I moved in. Terrible company, there was a manager at Orchard Park that was very belittling and combative with us while living there, it was bad from the beginning when she moved us into a dirty apartment and just said “take it or leave it” right as we were moving from another state and had already signed the lease. Terrible organization. I have lived at one of their properties for almost 3 years now and have so far dealt with neglect and poor overall ownership of the complex. I want to make it clear that the staff on site is fantastic, frankly. However, they are forced to operate under an overlord that is unprofessional and overcharges for what they offer their residence. My husband just passed away and these people are making it as difficult as they possibly can to have my deposit refunded. Even after furnishing them with a death certificate, they are making me provide them with notarized affidavits! Thank you Team Asset for making things even more difficult than they already are during this time of grieving. I really appreciate it.
