I closed my first transaction with Gary and Laura and they really surprised me with their negotiation skills. They negotiated more money than we can spend, so the buyer ended up getting a nice price reduction. Basically, the buyer got instant equity. If you're looking for a real estate team, who will look out for you, give them a shot!
