Josh was great and very knowledgeable about everything, told us exactly what we need to get to keep everything running good, definitely using this company for any future issues we run into!
Josh was great. I have the maintenance plan & that was the service he came out to do. He was professional and very informative. When doing the upsell part of the job, he was knowledgeable and informative and wasn't super pushy about it or trying to lie about the "importance" of the item/product. He answered all the questions I had.
The tech who came- Alex, was easily one of the smoothest service calls i’ve had. explained everything in detail and customer service was top tier
