On Saturday, August 16th, I discovered that the lock on my storage unit at this complex had been removed. I immediately filed a police report (case # available). Management stated they are not responsible for theft from storage units and would not reimburse me even for the cost of the lock. There are no cameras or visible security measures in the storage area, making it easy for anyone to access. Great location and I like all the windows on my end unit!
Sad how the management had gone downhill. Very cold. Unwelcoming. Act like it’s a huge inconvenience to try and have a conversation.
