They used a reward system to bribe people to make their rating look better lol. I don't think much else needs to be said for a business trying to bribe their way out of their 3 star average.
Editing my review because they just tried to bury all the reviews with 5 star reviews they bribed residents to write. "Chance at a free air fryer if you write a review!!" People are constantly creating safety hazards when they take their dogs out, no thought process about other people's safety. I'm wondering where all of the money they're receiving from us tenants is going, since we pay for every utility except one, they pocket a lot of money. The pond is ugly for the most part.
