Maintenance has been great! Adan was a blessing, came back twice to help with the same problem! Highly recommend, and a great responsive maintenance team.
The property is beautiful and the amenities are great! The management and maintenance crew were always timely, respectful, and friendly. Other residents were respectful and friendly, along with any of their dogs. The apartments are in a great location with Normandale Village right across the street. I do think rent is a bit high but overall I had a great rental experience and I would recommend the property!
They only care about money believe the other reviews, management is dismissive and doesn’t really try to help you figure things out
I'm wondering where all of the money they're receiving from us tenants is going, since we pay for every utility except one, they pocket a lot of money. The pond is ugly for the most part. The dog park smells bad. They nickel and dime for everything and threaten fees for everything. No sense of community. No ability for tenants to post things to share with others. or a spot to share items that are no longer needed and will get trashed. This place is a SCAM. I was told I make too much money for the unit I applied for. I do not and my documents back that up. Not sure what math the leasing agent was using. Waiting on my refund I was promised. Every time I call the leasing office, I am forwarded to the answering service and no one ever calls me back. Believe the reviews and run the other direction.
