I'm wondering where all of the money they're receiving from us tenants is going, since we pay for every utility except one, they pocket a lot of money. The pond is ugly for the most part. The dog park smells bad. They nickel and dime for everything and threaten fees for everything. No sense of community. No ability for tenants to post things to share with others. or a spot to share items that are no longer needed and will get trashed. This place is a SCAM. I was told I make too much money for the unit I applied for. I do not and my documents back that up. Not sure what math the leasing agent was using. Waiting on my refund I was promised. Every time I call the leasing office, I am forwarded to the answering service and no one ever calls me back. Believe the reviews and run the other direction.
A year ago, I moved out of this property, and that is also how long I have been waiting for my security deposit to be returned to my bank account. I left the apartment in perfect condition. However, it is important to note that if you choose to live at this property, you should expect to wait more than three weeks for management to respond to a maintenance request.
