I moved to Portland earlier this year and tried other places, but the Teal Flamingo ended my search for the right salon. It has a cozy, friendly, positive vibe that I enjoy and feel really comfortable in. I've seen both Emmy and Stephania and am so pleased with cut and color results I've gotten. They really listen and make sure you have a look that's your style.
