Their attention to detail, and craftsmanship of work far exceeds any magazine build, which is why I ultimately decided to build with them. It started with finding one of Jim's completed floor plans and ended with Jim and Julie welcoming us in to our own "dream home'. Jim led us through our building process with undivided attention. We have built a home 2 other times but this was by far our best experience. Both Jim and Julie are super detailed and were extremely committed to our vision. Building a custom home with Jim and Julie Young of Teal Creek Homes was one of the best decisions we ever made! Jim's knowledge of the building process and Julie's eye for design made them a fantastic team to work with. They kept the building process manageable and enjoyable. Great work guys! I definitely like the style of design I'm seeing on the Facebook page! I would love to provide you and your customers with some of our products as well. We have a rustic indoor island or outdoor grilling area or bar that we would love to offer using real, old, wide barn boards as the skirting around a custom built piece with heavy, durable concrete countertops to survive the Iowa weather.
