Very satisfied with my experience, the level of communication and care has been excellent.
My wife and I recently put our home in Florida for rent. We had been looking into some other property management companies during the process of identifying who was the right fit for us and Teak really hit every mark for us. They were super transparent, and the professionalism was second to none. From the photos they took of our home, to the process of identifying tenants as well as working with us during some hiccups in our move out process, they have been great.
Blaire and her team have been excellent to work with in every way, and I highly recommend their services. Andrea Accion went above and beyond to help get my unit rented, and she is a rock star!
