Love this place but every time I go there is one of the employees, or manager, or whoever he is (older male with gray/white hair) that has horrible customer service and treats other employees rather rudely. One of them made a simple mistake on my order and he was inappropriately lecturing him infront of customers. Kudos to the kid that was working by himself tonight on his own, he did a fantastic job getting orders out! As for the other older man he is one of the reasons I avoid coming here as often as I used to.
Honeydew cream blend and coconut cream blend are my faves! ! Great service too
The tea is okay but it's hard to get over how dirty the store is from the floors ,windows and furniture..the bathrooms are nasty too. So makes me wonder how clean can it be behind the counter.

RUDE the owner vanessa was nothing but rude while trying to use our gift certificate for $15 which she clamied she had ever trained her employees to falsely fill out a certificate but he did and we remember his name, ANDRE but she states that he is now a manager and would never do such a thing but he stole our money!!!!!!
I visit teahouse quite often, and i am very dissapointed that they no longer have apples to apples. I refuse to go back until they get it back .....totally kidding, teahouse is my unhealthy addiction and the service is always absolutely amazing
Nice, friendly & FUN-to-kick-back kinda environment <3 w/some delicious homemade pastries.
