This experience has been a nightmare. Number one, I did not sign up for over draft protection. The first time I called I spoke with customer service and let them know about the overdraft. She explained there was nothing they could do about it because I had set it up with the creditors to take the money on the due dates. Which was a lie. She continued to tell me how to turn debit card off, but never told me I could stop the payments from coming in from my online account. I signed up for an account online and when I received my debit card in the mail I went inside the South Bend branch in downtown to deposit 2 checks. I also deposited some cash and exchanged some large bills for smaller ones for my employer. Natalie was so wonderful and so sweet!! The branch was very busy with a lot going on but Natalie was very kind and quick while helping me get everything I needed that day. My first experience was wonderful.

Been a member since 1967. Teachers Credit Union stopped being the place I could depend on for the best rates and service well before Everwise came along.......and Everwise hasn't improved it at all....I am looking to move my business elsewhere.
