Can I give ten stars?! Pete was incredible to work with. He made the process of renting out our home absolutely seamless. I'm what you might call Type B (or maybe even C?) and he followed up anytime it was needed and made sure all our ducks were in a row. Having someone coordinate the posting, meeting with potential tenants to show them the house, doing background checks and getting the lease executed was WELL worth the fee. I would HIGHLY recommend Teacher Props to anyone looking to rent their home.
Pete was extremely helpful and responsive through out entire application process. He was considerate of all our needs, and answered any questions we had quickly and succinctly. Overall, a very pleasant experience when it comes to a rental search.

Be very careful with this company. On the move-in day I found the place dirty, there were bugs, and an on-going construction on the deck (which was promised as part of the unit) that I wasn't aware of. They changed website description to mention it now. I asked for an explanation, got many promises but no actual fixes, all after the supposed move-in date.
