Been living in my unit for years with minimal issues until it was time to renew recently. Claimed they could give me a certain rate on the renewal since I am a long term tenant. Received in email with the original amount then when I reached out about the previous agreement they went ghost. Don't promise things you can't honor. I'm not even a teacher anymore and I'll be glad when the lease ends so I can move on. **EDIT** The issue was resolved immediately after this review was posted.

Can I give ten stars?! Pete was incredible to work with. He made the process of renting out our home absolutely seamless. I'm what you might call Type B (or maybe even C?) and he followed up anytime it was needed and made sure all our ducks were in a row. Having someone coordinate the posting, meeting with potential tenants to show them the house, doing background checks and getting the lease executed was WELL worth the fee. I would HIGHLY recommend Teacher Props to anyone looking to rent their home.
