Not a proper cuppa tea. Sorry, but it was not what I expected. Lots of mixed flavors of iced tea, and additives, like tapioca balls and herbs.
RecommendedIf you want the best tea with boba, this is the place. It is one of my favs.
My favorite teas. Love this place. Also, the 2 for 1 after 5:00 is awesome.

Such a tasty and refreshing treat! Wonderful and friendly service. I usually enjoy hot tea over cold but they have converted me! House tea and lychee hibiscus are a must try ��
Great quality tea, awesome crepe cakes and terrific service. This is my go-to spot for evening milk tea fix.
I really love the crepe cake, both are good, and they are so much cheaper and friendlier than lady m. We will come back again soon.
