They did not give me my stamps for 8 drinks and food.

I can't agree more about the horrible service, esp of the waitress. Sunday lunch time the cafe was deserted but unassumingly wife and I gave it a try. Not only the waitress was rude but she vented about our conversation to her fellow staff right at the counter as if we didn't exist. Longer many with poor service, it's not because of one or two individuals. It's the culture of the store. I can't recommend anyone going there. San Jose store
Tea Station is where an Ancient Chinese Culture meets the modern living. The tea here is a very quality that meets your demands
I used to like this place so much. Not because of the tea and food but also because of the staff. I haven't visited ts for 5 months and when I came back seems like there's new management. Staff were unfriendly and a bit rude. Especially Vanessa. She seems like she doesn't want to work over here. Several times they messed up my friends' and my order. I miss Sam, the other Vanessa, and Tina.
