Terrible service!!!! My friend found a hair in her tea and when she brought it to the attention of the waitress, she looked at the hair several times as if my friend was making it all up. Then the waitress asked my friend if she wanted the same tea without the hair or a fresh pot of tea. Naturally, my friend said she wanted a fresh pot of tea.
