I applied for an apartment last week and I just wanted to say that it was handled in a professional manner and I did not pass the background process but TDT Properties LLC did do a great job in keeping me informed about my application. I kept calling them to check on my application they told me they were still working on it, but no run around, thank you guys for taking the time with me.

They were nice and worked with us from the start! Application process was simple and easy. Always make sure the tenants are happy! As a renter for 5 years now i have never had any issues with the company. Very professional company. Most of all tdt properties llc is honest and fair!

Always honest & understanding. If you call them with an issue or any problem, they are readily available & fix the issue in a timely manner. This business likes to waste the time of others. Sending them on a mouse chase to see if they are able to rent one of their rentals.

This is the mother of a perspective applicant who applied for a unit, and didn't pass our background check. Both parents called on his behave to ask why he did not pass the background check, attempted to force the company to rent to their son who is 23 years of age. TDT Properties LLC policy is strickly to deal directly with the perspective tenant which we weren't able to reach during the application process however TDT Properties LLC kept receiving calls from both parents and we gave them our decision.
