My husband, son, and I went there for lunch today. We haven’t been there in awhile, but we all used to love the food! Well, today was a different story. My Cajun chicken salad was served in a HUGE salad bowl but barely had any salad in it. There was only cheese and croutons on it, no tomatoes/cucumber/onions/eggs which was disappointing. RecommendedWe went to TD's Tailgate Grill's Tuscarawas location tonight. They were extremely busy, so we chose to sit at the Bar. The bartender and our server, Sierra, was so very friendly. We had our usual Traditional Cobb Salad, however, because of Sierra the night was exceptionally special. Sierra is a FANTASTIC BARTENDER AND SERVER.
Horrible customer service! We placed a grubhub order here for dinner because my wife saw they had white french dressing and suggested we try it. It got here with no salad dressing and no marmalade for my shrimp dinner. When she called and explained nicely what we were missing the exact response given was, "well I don't know what you want me to do about it". Not an I'm sorry. the nachos were great , not a soggy one in the whole dish! the wings were excellent.
