When the spring breaks a few days before Christmas, and you have to scramble to find somebody to help get your stuck car out of the garage... well, that's no fun at all. That scary feeling was this morning. A friend recommended TD's, and within just a few hours, one of their very capable tech guys was in the garage getting us the help we needed. Talked on the phone to the owner and explained problem with my garage door. He told me it would be around $150. A young man came and fixed the door in about 20 minutes and charged me $385. Talked to the owner and was told that if I purchased a new garage door would give me credit for half of the the $385.
Was slightly over the "contracted price" that Home Advisor offered. HOWEVER, they came on time and did a great job, but did not have on hand a part to fix chain pulley system which broke as a result of the spring break. They don't keep them in stock. Why don't they? Otherwise great. I was hesitant at first to hire because I didn't feel like they were "reputable" on the eager phone conversation, but ended up being pretty good.
Everything about this transaction was positive from the first call to the installation. Great company to work with.

TD's had someone at our door within an hour even though It was late on a Saturday night.. Steve was thorough and explained everything he was doing. I would use them again.
