I thought the lawn service was good but had this very skinner black guy who drives a flat bed come last year, I had just walk from my car to the front door and couldn't find the 20 dollar bill I had just carried from the car, I looked outside and saw him pick it up off the ground and put it in his pocket. We canceled shortly after that. Didn't want him coming back ever!
I received a letter three days ago at our NEW home address (it was forwarded) from TDI stating that we are past due and that we "have repeatedly ignored requests for payment and have not contacted you with any explanation." This is absolutely untrue!! Great service but my online account website for TDI is not easy to find. For a well established company... there's really no excuse
We have been using TDI for 11 years and couldn't be happier with their service and our lawn. Anything we call them about, they are on location within a day. We have sod and it looks great. We also know the owner and he us very conscious of services by his employees and training is constant. Give them a try!!!!!

We just had TDI out to aerate and seed our lawn with fescue. They knock on the door and asked me why were we doing that. Well, we just moved in in May and had seeded rather than sod the yard. We were just going with what we were told we should do. They explained to me that that was not at all what we wanted. He pointed out that in the Bermuda and fescue mix we seeded, the Bermuda was doing much better. Furthermore, we have full sun. They said they'd be happy to seed the fescue but that it would be a huge waste of money as it... read more
