Harlon set me up with a new fan for my exchanger about two years ago, and it is still running strong. Will be calling them again! Just hopefully not for a while. ;)
I came home from work, today, to find that my air conditioner wasn't working. I called TDI, & Scott was here in a short time, & had us back up & running before 8. We have been customers for over 15 years. I wouldn't think of using anyone else.
Love the service. Air wasn't cooling. Called at 8:30 pm and fixed by 10 pm!! Have always had great experiences during my maintenance visits twice a year.
Honest, dependable and courteous service always. I like that they are locally owned and been serving East Texas for 50++ years. You can count on TDI to be there when you need them.
Worst attitude .. Don't care about customer satisfaction .. Even the guy who came to service ( Tim ) says " go ahead and complain "
