Multiple visits My land lord called TDI air conditioning when I had a problem with my in-attic air conditioning unit. While each of the repair men was friendly and courteous, it still took multiple visits for them to figure out a simple problem with the electrical relay in my unit. I'm certainly no expert, but the symptoms never changed and I would expect a big-name company to be able to diagnose a problem in less than 3 visits. Harlon set me up with a new fan for my exchanger about two years ago, and it is still running strong. Will be calling them again! Just hopefully not for a while. ;)
I came home from work, today, to find that my air conditioner wasn't working. I called TDI, & Scott was here in a short time, & had us back up & running before 8. We have been customers for over 15 years. I wouldn't think of using anyone else.
Love the service. Air wasn't cooling. Called at 8:30 pm and fixed by 10 pm!! Have always had great experiences during my maintenance visits twice a year.
I had them come out to look at my PTAC units and the tech said he wished the receptionist had just told me it would be better to replace them for them to waste their time repairing the units. He looked at it very briefly and that was it. Did not look like he knew what to do so I just told him to forget it. He still charged me the $92 service call. Was here for 10 minutes at the most. Called his boss and Jarlam said since they came out it is a service call and they can still bill me!
Honest, dependable and courteous service always. I like that they are locally owned and been serving East Texas for 50++ years. You can count on TDI to be there when you need them.
Worst attitude .. Don't care about customer satisfaction .. Even the guy who came to service ( Tim ) says " go ahead and complain "
