Buying a property from TDC Pacific Properties has been one of the worst experiences we've had. We purchased the home in 2022, still under warranty, expecting at least basic quality and accountability. Instead, we have faced a nightmare and it is still going on. I would have given this company a five star review until the exact moment we had to move out. Every time we had to have something repaired or fixed our landlord was on top of it and made sure everything was satisfactory and I was always grateful. We always paid our rent on time and never had any issues with the company or individuals involved. As we moved out we had our exit walk through where our landlord looked at the property and assured us that everything was in pretty good shape. Minor wear and tear on the walls and wou... read more
