I was there to get my old dip off and a new full set. They soaked me for 45 mins to get the dip off (it usually takes 10mins max). I asked to use the bathroom and had to go next door to the gas station. Their door was open and I had a fly try to go up my nose while she was buffing my nails. At this point I got up, put an 20 on the table and left. I ended up going to another salon to have my nails done because of this.

I was a walk-in appointment. When I walked in, one lady was helping another customer and said her friend was at lunch. Mind you..during this time, the woman there finished with her client and went to sit at the back nail station, never offered once to start my pedicure. When her friend came back from lunch she started my pedicure. The during my pedicure, the two started arguing because another client was going to come in soon so she needed to hurry up with me. Walked in and was immediately sat to have my nails done. The salon was clean and my nail tech, I think her name was Cassie, was friendly and great at what she does. WILL BE BACK!

I walked in to get a fill in, had never been to the salon before. I was immediately met with the smell of marijuana, but I ignored that because it might’ve been one of the customers. I was told to sit down and somebody could be here for me shortly. I was fine with that. I was instructed to sit at a table with a pile of nail books there when I sat down, I opened the book and roaches popped out. There were two big ones and multiple small ones in the other books. I immediately got up and left.

Absolutely horrible!! The acrylic was extremely thick and bumpy. The white paint had a bunch of black dirt in it and looked like it was painted on by a two year old. A customer was getting a pedicure at the same time and she was screaming for them to stop because they were hurting her so bad. Complete waste of time and money! Had to have them redone somewhere else. Do not recommend and will not go back.
