After over six years with this bank, had an issue with direct deposit from employer which led to over $100 in od fees!. I called and spoke with the Brandon, FL branch manager who simply told me there was nothing she would do!. I replied, ok, I see you got your money, have a nice day!. I just returned from the TD bank in little river sc in an attempt to challenge unauthorized charges on my debit card. They were inattentive and unhelpful. I am so sick of these people
I have worked with multiple international banking institutions like this in my life but never have I experienced something like this. How on earth can you tell me that I am not allowed to make international transfers using online banking. I have NEVER EVER heard of this before. So this means that international clients are not allowed to transfer their OWN funds to other accounts without being in the US. How ridiculous. I've dealt with Wells Fargo and Bank Of "America" and I can with all confidence say TD bank is the best bank to go to. They immediately took care of my issues that other banks will ignore. I dearly thank you.
