The WORST bank I’ve had to deal with in my 30years of banking. I’ve been on hold for 4 days, the system has been down, and I want my money.

Treat you like a piece of shit. They had my GIC sitting for 6 months making nothing and then offered me a derisory $60 a month. A joke of a financial institution
I have had really bad experience with this branch and that was my first and last time at this location. I have order some new currency for very important family event( religious), after they assured me that new currency will be there for me . Bunch of crooks! They don't care about the bills you have to pay and will withhold your checks for days! If you don't check your account and automatically expect it to be there (like it should be), they'll get you on overdraft charges. How they make their buck! I joined for their "convenience", but there is nothing convenient about this bank! As as soon as my money goes through, I will be taking MY hard earned money and closing my account! Anyone who is thinking about opening up any kind of checking account with this bank i would strongly advised to not because anytime you write a check to somebody they will charge the person you wrote it too $7.00 to cash and then try to strong arm you into an account by saying "sir you won't charged if you open an account with us", why in the hell would i want to open an account somewhere where they charge the person $7.00 to cash!!!! Or does this happen only in Lake City Fla?
The rudest customer service I have ever dealt with. Horrible!!!
